CAPRI – Computer Application Process Review Improvement

About six years ago I developed a methodology for helping companies large and small to work through process improvement. I gave the system an acronym called CAPRI, and the motto was “Shortening Up Top to Bottom Process” The definition or CAPRI is this – “CAPRI in itself is not a process improvement system, people are the process improvement system. CAPRI is rather a methodology for reviewing and documenting computer application production processes in order to move from initial state to future state in the process improvement cycle”.
